With more than four decades of work experience in the water and wastewater industry, NVCo executive partners established the company in 2001. Drawing on the expertise of qualified personnel, to invest in desalinated water production and distribution in order to supply the country with potable water and help alleviate the looming threat of water scarcity have always been the company’s mission.

Adhering to the highest industrial and safety standards, and with over 260 employees, NVCo is proud to provide consulting services, finance, design, manufacture, manage and operate desalination plants, water and wastewater treatment installations, and distribution networks across the country. Holding numerous certifications and awards, the company has pursued the strategy of empowering its human resources, developing investment opportunities, improving international cooperation with Iran's desalination industry, and localising and transferring technologies related to the water and wastewater industries.

Among NVCo’s projects to date, the establishment of the first mechanised water intake station in Iran, and selling and distributing desalinated water using credit cards is one-of-a-kind in the Middle East. Furthermore, the company has successfully designed, operated and managed information systems in water desalination plants to integrate hygienic and industrial standards for fulfilling WHO standards in water production. To date, the company has been successful in attracting bank partnerships for investment in large and prominent water desalination projects, approximating a total of $100 million USD.
