1. Project process: The feed water is taken from the Persian Gulf simultaneously through beach wells and a direct intake system. After being directed to sand filters via pipelines, the water is filtered and stored in a concrete tank. From there, the filtered water is pumped to anthracite filters, cartridge filters, and finally to the SWRO units.
2. Main components: Direct intake system, beach wells, sand filters, filtered water pumping station and reservoir tank, anthracite filters, chemical dosing unit, cartridge filters, high pressure pumps, pressure vessels and membranes, permeate water storage tank, CIP unit and PLC system.
3. Associated companies: The design and equipment are supplied by WTD, Italy. All other endeavors are carried out by NVCo.
